Welcome to AstroPal ("Platform", "App", "Website", "Service"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AstroPal, including all content, features, subscriptions, consultations, reports, and services.

By accessing or using AstroPal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

• "AstroPal", "we", "our", "us" refers to AstroPal and its owners / operators.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any person using the Platform.
• "Content" includes text, predictions, horoscopes, charts, videos, audios, articles, reports, consultations, and any other materials provided.
• "Services" includes astrology readings, AI-generated outputs, human consultations, subscription features, and paid reports.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use AstroPal.

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• you are 18+ years of age, and
• you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you are under 18, you may not use the Platform.

3. Nature of Services (Entertainment Disclaimer)

AstroPal provides astrology-based and spiritual guidance content for entertainment, informational, and personal reflection purposes only.

You understand and agree that:

• astrology is not an exact science,
• outputs may be speculative, subjective, and interpretative, and
• AstroPal does not guarantee accuracy, outcomes, or results.

4. No Professional Advice

AstroPal does not provide:

• medical advice
• mental health advice
• legal advice
• financial or investment advice
• marriage counselling
• psychiatric treatment
• professional diagnosis

You must consult qualified professionals for such matters.

You agree that you will not rely on AstroPal for critical decisions involving health, finance, law, or safety.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree:

• to provide accurate information during registration,
• not to impersonate another person,
• not to use the Platform for illegal or harmful purposes,
• not to abuse, harass, threaten, or harm others,
• not to misuse predictions or content for manipulation or fraud.

6. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• copy, reproduce, sell, or redistribute AstroPal Content without permission,
• attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Platform,
• scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Platform,
• upload viruses, malware, or harmful code,
• use the Platform to promote hate, violence, illegal activity, or harassment.

7. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

AstroPal is not liable for unauthorised access caused by your negligence.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misuse.

8. AI-Generated Content and Limitations

Some AstroPal outputs may be generated by AI models.

You acknowledge:

• AI may generate incorrect or misleading outputs,
• responses may not reflect factual reality,
• you are solely responsible for how you interpret or use the information.

9. Paid Services, Subscriptions & Billing

AstroPal may offer paid services including reports, subscriptions, and premium consultations.

By purchasing, you agree:

• pricing may change at any time,
• taxes may apply,
• subscription plans may renew automatically unless cancelled,
• you authorise payment processing through third-party providers.

If payments fail, access may be suspended.

10. Refund Policy

All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds are not guaranteed for:

• dissatisfaction with results,
• incorrect predictions,
• user misunderstanding,
• failure to use purchased credits / subscription.

11. User Content and Communications

If you submit content (feedback, comments, reviews, birth details, messages, etc.), you grant AstroPal a non-exclusive right to use it for service delivery, improvement, analytics, and customer support.

You confirm that any information you provide is lawfully yours to share.

12. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, content, UI design, reports, and features belong to AstroPal or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit AstroPal content without written consent.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services.

AstroPal is not responsible for:

• third-party content,
• privacy practices,
• transactions with third parties.

Use at your own risk.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

AstroPal makes no warranties regarding:

• accuracy of predictions,
• uninterrupted availability,
• error-free performance,
• fitness for any purpose.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

AstroPal shall not be liable for any:

• direct or indirect damages,
• emotional distress,
• lost profits,
• missed opportunities,
• relationship disputes,
• financial losses,
• medical outcomes,
• legal consequences,
• decisions made based on content.

If liability is imposed, AstroPal's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months or ₹1,000, whichever is lower.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AstroPal and its affiliates against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• your use of the Platform,
• your violation of these Terms,
• your misuse of astrological content.

17. Termination

AstroPal may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
